Super Gender Revel Purchase Terms and Use Policy
Return Procedure
If you believe the product you received is defective, incorrect, or missing items or accessories, please follow the steps below:
Defective Products:
Email a clear photo of the defective item along with your order number to sales@supergenderreveal.com. Please include a brief description explaining the issue.
Missing Items or Accessories:
Email photos showing the shipping box you received and all contents inside the package to sales@supergenderreveal.com, along with a short explanation of what is missing.
Incorrect Item Ordered:
Super Gender Reveal does not offer direct exchanges. Customers may return eligible items for a refund and place a new order for the correct product. Please review the refund section below for full details.
Super Gender Reveal is not responsible for customers placing orders without reviewing product details or requirements prior to purchase. Return shipping fees will only be waived if an item is confirmed to be defective or incomplete upon delivery.
We strongly recommend placing orders well in advance of your event date to allow sufficient time for delivery and any potential issue resolution.
Our support team will review your request and respond via email within 24 hours.
Return Window
Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
Requests submitted after the 30-day period will not be accepted.
Delivery Delays
Shipping timelines are estimates and may be impacted by external factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or logistical disruptions. While we do our best to provide updates, Super Gender Reveal cannot guarantee carrier delivery times.
If a shipment is delayed while in transit, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance. Shipping charges, including expedited or priority services, are non-refundable. Customers remain responsible for any return shipping costs associated with delayed deliveries.
Important Information
- Customers must report missing or damaged items within 10 days of delivery.
- All claims must be submitted in writing via email and include supporting photos (product, packaging, and shipping box).
- Once an issue is verified, all unused products must be returned before a refund can be issued.
- Customers are responsible for confirming that their venue allows gender reveal products prior to placing an order.
- Once an order has shipped, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the error was caused by Super Gender Reveal.
Refund & Replacement Process
Returned items must be shipped back in their original packaging using ground shipping at the customer’s expense unless otherwise approved.
If your order originally qualified for free shipping, the outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- Refunds are processed after returned items are received and inspected.
- Approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
- A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
If a replacement is requested, the replacement order will match the original purchase details, correcting only the confirmed issue. Replacement orders typically ship within 1–2 business days after approval.
Return Shipping Responsibility
To qualify for a full refund, the entire order must be returned in its original quantity and packaging as listed on the invoice.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed defective or incomplete. Refunds will not be issued for products returned damaged, used, or without original packaging.
