Inspecting Your Delivery

Online shopping makes planning your gender reveal easier, but we understand that sometimes packages may arrive damaged or incorrect. To help ensure a smooth replacement or refund process, we recommend checking your delivery carefully while the courier is still present:

• Box Condition: Check corners and edges for any dents, tears, or crushed areas.
• Packaging & Wrap: Make sure plastic wraps or seals are intact.
• Labels & Stickers: Confirm that “Fragile” or “Handle with Care” labels are present and undamaged.
• Delivery Notes: If you accept the package, record any visible damage on the delivery slip or digital proof of delivery.
• Item Check: Use the packing list to ensure all items are included.
• Original Packaging: Keep all packaging and the damaged item if a return is needed.
• Separate Damaged Items: Isolate any damaged items to avoid further issues.

Noting damage immediately helps our team and the courier address issues faster, ensuring you get replacements or refunds promptly.

Shipping Times

Our gender reveal products ship via ground and air services. Delivery typically takes 7–10 days depending on your location. Please note these are estimated times—while we aim for prompt delivery, actual arrival may vary. We appreciate your patience as we safely deliver your order for your special celebration.

Delivery Refusal

If you decline delivery for reasons not listed in our order policy, return shipping fees, re-delivery costs, and restocking charges will apply. Our couriers cannot deliver inside homes or garages, so all packages must be received at the doorstep.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is lost or mis delivered, couriers typically require 10 business days or more to investigate. Once this period passes, Super Gender Reveal can file a lost package claim. Replacement items will only be sent after the claim is processed.

PO Boxes

We cannot ship to PO boxes due to courier restrictions. If a PO box is used, our team will contact you to request a valid street address. Orders will remain active until the address is updated or the order is canceled by contacting our support team.
