GENDER REVEAL SMOKE BOMB

Upon receiving this order I immediately saw the powder through the tape on the box…. Opened the box to a handful of cannons busted. For starters they came in a box NOT labeled FRAGILE. There was not one piece of bubble wrap, filler or anything protective inside the box. I spent over an hour cleaning each cannon individually & then cleaning the inside of the box filled with powder. When emailing about this issue, all that was told to me was that I could clean them, no care that I stated cannons were busted, which I obviously paid for & now cannot use. I had to ask why I was not being given any compensation for the fact that multiple cannons popped & can no longer be use, but also who cares that I had to clean the mess up myself. I was only then refunded $8 when I threatended to file a claim for the entire order. Now if you do the math, I bought 24 cannons at around $122 divided by 24 is just over $5 a piece. But I was refunded $8 that doesn’t even cover 2 of the pieces I paid for that were now damaged. Was then refunded the remaining to equal that & not a penny more.

To specialize in GENDER REVEALS & not protect the items you’re shipping is incredibly ridiculous, but the customer service is by far the worst part of this order experience. Would not recommend.

Definitely gave the effect we were hoping for. Color was nice and vibrant!

The pink color was incredibly vibrant and filled the whole yard. Our photos turned out beautiful and the reveal was totally worth it.
